Terms & Conditions for enrolment at 16th Street Actors Studio

Masterclasses, Workshops & Term Classes
  • Once applications close, if successful in receiving an offer to participate in a 16th Street class,
    an invoice will be issued outlining specific terms and conditions (including due dates for payment).
  • Upon acceptance of an offer, a deposit will be due and this deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you withdraw from a class after the withdrawal date (outlined on your invoice),
    you will be liable to pay the full amount of your invoice unless 16th Street is able to find a suitable replacement,
    in which case only your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Invoices must be paid in full prior to the commencement of class.
  • If you miss a class, a credit or refund is not available. Class dates are outlined on the 16th Street website.
Programs — Full Time, Part Time and Youth
  • Once applications close, if successful in receiving an offer to participate in a 16th Street Program,
    an Actors Agreement and invoice will be issued outlining specific terms and conditions (including due dates for payment).
  • Upon acceptance of an offer, a deposit will be due and this deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you withdraw from a 16th Street Program after the commencement of the program, you will be liable to pay the full amount of your invoice.
  • Payments can be made up front in total (discount may apply) or in term-by-term instalments.
